Dear residents!

We thank you for choosing our chalet and wish you a great stay in Lombardy. This very old farm requires some precautions to respect your safety and keep it in perfect condition.

We do not accept groups of young people under the age of 25
We don't  host parties at the farm
We are taking inventory on arrival and departure from the cottage

An identity document will be requested after booking confirmation (passport photo).
A deposit of €200 can be requested upon arrival
Extra bed linen and towels are €30 per room.

We put our heart into choosing furniture and decorations: help us respect and share our universe with other travelers and in case of problems, contact us

1) Fire safety

Please do not smoke inside or on wooden balconies due to fire hazard
Do not use flammable products such as candles; fireworks, fireworks
The barbecue can only be used outdoors outside the roof of a barn or garage

2) Security

Please make sure that all doors (4) and windows facing outside are closed and closed when leaving the cottage

Vehicles parked either in the garage or outside are your responsibility. We waive all liability in case of theft inside your vehicle

The cottage is located opposite the forest and is in close proximity to the river, which is located below the cottage. We draw your attention to the risk of falling and injury, as well as the possible dangers of the mountain.

3) Cleanliness

Please leave the dishes clean when you leave, which we leave at your disposal.
The refrigerant is washed, dried, and stored.
Do not throw anything into the toilet, garbage bins are provided for this
The trash should be thrown away at your departure
Ashes from the fireplace and/or barbecue should be thrown away
Please take off the bed linen, and leave it downstairs
We ask you to put your shoes in the plastic baskets provided for this purpose in winter

4) Noise

Our village is small, and all the neighbors keep quiet and respect each other.
We ask you not to violate our traditions.
If there are noisy celebrations and excessive alcohol consumption, we can terminate your stay with us without a refund.

Bose sound systems (home theater, sound speakers) and the Marantz amplifier for outdoor terrace speakers should only be used at a volume that does not interfere with neighbors

5) Outdoor sauna

The sauna must be used in accordance with strict hygiene and safety rules.
It is forbidden to climb in the sauna, eat, drink and wash in the sauna. Before visiting the sauna, you need to take a shower and refresh yourself with an external hose.

The time of use and temperature can be adapted.
There is a hammam function
Don't forget to take bathrobes for personal use

How are the sessions going?

In a group sound bath session, participants are in the form of rays of the sun, where everyone connects with the vibrations of this unique therapy, allowing them to set intentions for self-discovery and personal growth, enveloped in the euphonious sounds of bowls.

This ancient Chinese method has been adapted into modern wellness practice. The device on which the session is held consists of 24 dynamic pressure level control jars that can be installed on different areas of the body.

How is the massage going?
